Everest High (Three)Passes Trekking is suitable for physically fit adventure seekers. You will be passing by Thame village, the birth place of famous mountaineer Mr. Tenzing Norgay Sherpa who reached on the top of the world’s highest mountain, Everest, together with Mr. Edmund Hillary on 29th May 1953.
During Everest High (Three) Passes Trekking you will cross main passes Renjo-la (5340mt), Cho-la (5420mt) and Kongma-la (5210mt) and hike up to three very famous viewpoints Gokyo-ri (5360mt), Kalapattar (5560mt) and Chhukung-ri (5560mt). Walk up to EBC at 5380mt and explore khumbu glacier. The most challenging Aphulapcha pass 5845m will also be attempted. Sherpa culture, bio-diversity of flora and fauna like mountain chicken, Danfe, Himalayan monal, rhododendron flowers, blue sheep, musk deer, medicinal plants, beautiful lakes and rivers are the major highlights.
