Barcelona's Passeig de Gracia is akin to New York's Madison Avenue and a two-bedroom apartment at El Palauet Living is the equivalent of a classic six on the Upper East Side. In other words, it doesn't get posher than this.
In each of six suites, which have views of either the Passeig de Gracia or Tibidabo Mountain, intricate moldings, stained glass windows and art nouveau flourishes are balanced by towering ceilings and white-on-white furnishings by the likes of Miles Van der Rohe, Eero Saarinan, and Philippe Starck.
Kitchens are outfitted with everything you need, from coffee to cava, and your personal assistant can unpack your bags, make you scrambled eggs in the morning, and arrange a dinner party en casa. Suites come with private terraces, but there's a rooftop spa too (complete with waterbeds and a sauna).
