Divine English Clam Chowder in Santa Cruz
December in Santa Cruz was marked by a visit to the wharf - a $3 entrance fee. Seals resting or loudly poking around, pelicans posing patiently for the amazed tourists, fishermen using live shells as bait, animated background provided by bold surfers, variously colored sweets, etc We ate at the Dolphin restaurant and loved how casual the whole experience was.Our order needed couple revisions but ultimately was a good time to try fresh clam chowder, fried clams and calamari plus San Francisco beer. Visit this place anytime of the year!!!Enjoy!
