This is what I see when I think of Ireland
I have been fortunate to see Ireland 4 times. It tugs at your heart...you feel the mist on your skin, you hear the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks mixed with the bleating of the sheep, you see shades of green you never knew existed. As I look at this image I also hear the haunting melodies of Irish folk songs, the violin playing as a man sings about his homeland. This image was taken on the Dingle Peninsula which I highly recommend to anyone going to Ireland. It is less visited than the Ring of Kerry, and, if you visit in September as I did, you might find that you are one of just a few folks. Drive it, walk it or bike it. You too will be wondering how there can possibly be that many shades of green.
