Within Labor Park are paths leading up to Lushan (Lu Hill) and the Dalian Radio and TV Tower. The tower is most popular for its observation deck, with sweeping views of the city from 118 meters (387 feet) up. The tower also overlooks green Labor Park and its colorful flower beds. You can either walk up to the top of the hill, which will take about 20 minutes, or hop on the cable car.
