Crudo’s Premier Brunch was amazing. The menu features a variety of creative and delicious dishes.
Chef/Owner Cullen Campbell is dedicated to Italian-influenced dishes using as much fresh and made-by-hand ingredients as possible, or when not, from the best local producers.
Drinks were just as inspired, with brunch libations the creation of Crudo bar mixologist/owner Micah Olson.
This was not the fanciest brunch I've ever had, but it was certainly one of the most enjoyable.
