Montreal’s leading raw vegan restaurant started in this small location on Rue Rachel, just a block away from Parc Mont-Royal, and was so successful that it became a city-wide chain. The dishes are the perfect mix of hearty and healthy, filled with organic fruit, veggies and superfoods in amazingly imaginative combinations. A long-time favorite are the rice-paper rolls, which are basically a portable salad, perfect for a picnic. Their juices and smoothies bring in the crowds – try the luscious Macaö, a mix of cacao, maca, banana, coconut, Brazil nut milk and dates.
