Cotelé is a quincho, or BBQ hut, but that humble-sounding description doesn't do this place justice. Make reservations and be prepared to be awed by the grill master's art here. The restaurant is in Pelluco, about 15 kilometers south of Puerto Montt, and meat is what you'll get: local Chilean beef served with good wines and pisco sours. Portions are generous and the staff is famously friendly.
