Unlikely Art: A forgotten faucet
If you're ever at the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum try to look for this faucet. No, it's not part of any exhibit and you would easily miss it if you're not looking. The museum is housed in one of those pre-war buildings in the Upper East Side. The building is beautiful on its own but the exhibits are also pretty cool. I noticed this faucet with the fancy handle on some corner and the museum staff told me it actually still works. And he actually turned it on really quickly to prove it. And it does! I thought it was pretty cool so I snapped a photo of it..
