Ask any expat in Brussels, where to get the best hamburger, these days, and you're likely to start an argument. As little as five years ago it was like searching for the Holy Grail.
Lately a dozen or more locations are serving up North America's favourite treat. In my opinion none do it better than Cool Bun.
Cool Bun uses only organic ingredients and makes all of their sauces from scratch. The variety of toppings is endless (Gorgonzola and caramelized onions? Yes please!)
But for me, the best thing about Cool Bun is their onion rings.These huge rings of golden goodness are super crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
While everyone else is busy arguing over the best burger in town, I'll have the onion rings all to myself.
