While in Rome, we decided to try a cooking class - what a great experience we had!
From the step by step lessons to the very likable humorous Chef Andrea, a great time was had by all. Not to mention some of the best food I've ever had!
We all had hands on roles in our five course meal. We started with roman style artichokes, then fettuccine w/fresh tomato sauce & ricotta,then chicken rolle stuffed with provolone and spinach,then eggplant parmigiana, then roasted potatoes with zucchini, and to finish it off chocolate soufflé.
All Roman dishes with ingredients picked up by Chef Andrea the morning of class on his bicycle.
Again, what a great experience - something I will do on every visit to Rome!
