The cooking classes at Colorado Mountain College Breckenridge range from basics such as knife skills to more advanced courses such as high altitude breads. The Culinary Adventures series takes students through the dishes of a particular cuisine; past classes have included Northern Italy, Mumbai, Mediterranean Grill and more.
Students create an entire menu, then sit down to eat as a group. Participants leave with new friends and a recipe booklet so they can recreate everything from class.
