Norwegians Hedda & Christian Wienpahl arrived on Nevis in 2006.
Their very mellow beach bar/restaurant on Cades beach offers delectables such as seared sesame tuna, melted goat cheese on honey toast, melted brie with roasted onion toast, chicken breast with cheese and addictive french fries. Lounge on one of the beach beds looking across to the island of St Kitts, and be spoilt as food and drink come to you there.
