Lobster Congee at Champagne Restaurant
It's hard to choose from Champagne's 32 flavors of congee, a versatile rice porridge, but I go for the lobster. Their unique menu items includes some variations on the dish I have rarely seen, if ever, at other restaurants in the Bay Area: like pumpkin with salted yolk and roast goose. They also have all your regular dim-sum items, dumplings and such, but go for the congee!
