Catalina Island Two harbors Cove

In The Arms Of An Island
I had been studying for weeks and finally taken my board exam. Tired, nervous and out of sorts my friend and I decided to find shelter in the island of Catalina. Who knew that just off the coast of California one could find such a treasure. Catalina is a breath of fresh air with frozen drinks and incredible views. Sailboats, seagulls, navy blue waters below cliffs outlined by cobble stone streets are the backdrop of this experience. The island is nothing more than cozy. In its arms I found peace and renewed spirit, and more importantly discovered (as I boarded the ferry back to the mainland) that I had passed the exam... Though I would never take the boards again, I would certainly want to return here to find comfort yet again.
