We stayed at Cassia Cottage Resort for five days in March, 2012. We had a two bedroom cottage right next to the pool and our front porch overlooked the ocean. The cabins are large and comfortable. Every day someone would come around and deliver free drinks at 4pm (who can say no to that!).
There are so many options for dinner. First decision - choose which direction you are going to walk on the beach. Having decided the direction, walk and pick from many restaurants located right on the water. They all have the catch of the day displayed so you choose your fish (snapper, giant prawns, squid, etc) and it will be grilled to perfection for you right there. I'm not a fish eater so luckily most had a chicken option. If you are a vegetarian, there is also a huge selection of veggies, rice and pasta dishes (which is what I ate most nights). There are also restaurants if you go up to the main street or the restaurant located on the resort grounds. We never spent more than $20 a night to feed four. The food is surprisingly inexpensive. I suggest bringing a flashlight if you are walking at night. It's dark on the beach and walking up to the main street.
There is a little shop right up the road from the resort. We visited frequently for necessities like beer, soda and snacks but you can also arrange to go snorkeling or rent a motorbike, both of which we did.
