The best way to access the most scenic hike in Grand Teton National Park is with a boat ride—which is plenty panoramic, too. Book a shuttle ($15 round trip) with Jenny Lake Boating, operating out of South Jenny Lake near the park Visitor Center, and float to the base of Mount Teewinot on the west shore. From there, follow Cascade Creek upcanyon for one mile to Inspiration Point, a high meadow offering unbelievable views of the aptly-named Cathedral Group, a cluster of summits so steep and pointy that they resemble church steeples. Want more views? Continue to the Forks (9.6 miles round trip from the boat dropoff) for more sightlines into these steely peaks.
