The executive chef prepares fixed three-course evening menus that guests can modify to their palate and pair with wines from Antucura winery. Only the freshest ingredients are used, showcasing the flavors, textures, and aromas of Mendoza. Reservations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Spa and gym details: The spa offers a range of healing massages that utilize olive extracts, volcanic basalt, clay masks, wine lotions, essential oils, reflexology, and ayurvedic treatments to restore physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
