Carnitas Barajas

Street tacos in Todos Santos
You'll see a lot of options on the Carnitas Barajas menu but all they had (while we were there) was pork. See that movie popcorn-like box in the above picture? That's where the magic is!...we got a baggie of crispy pork chunks and chicharonnes (in addition to our muy delicioso tacos). It was so good we went back the next day!! On a side note: We stayed at Rancho Pescadero, yes it was amazing and truly everything wonderful that others have said. I would advise to not go during the late summer months though. The heat was intense. So much so that even the pool felt like bath water after noon. Stop by the Hierbabuena open restaurant too (on the dirt road to RanchoP). Lastly, I feel I should mention my initial perspective of Cabo. We stopped over on the way up to Pescadero and took a boat tour from the dock to Land's End. $15 each? Seeing the arch was worth it but fair warning it was VERY touristy. I'm so glad we didn't stay there.
