Cap Trinité

Part of the Saguenay Fjord National Park, Cap Trinité is a steep outcropping composed of three tree-covered cliffs, at the top of which is the statue of Notre-Dame-du-Saguenay. This projection into the Saguenay River is a natural geological phenomenon whose dramatic size and location has inspired both poems that celebrate its majesty and landscape paintings that attempt to capture its imposing grace.
