I'm talking about the beaches, guys. And, more specifically, the tiny shells known as "Shiva eyes" that you can find on them. Throughout the markets of Ibiza town, you can find lovely jewelry made from these tiny, swirled, pearlescent shells. And while their existence is certainly not unique to this island, it's still pretty cool to find your own.
Just be sure you don't freeze your own hidden jewels in the chilly depths of the Mediterranean and, if you're on Cala Comte on the west coast, enjoy the sunset from Sunset Ashram Restaurant. It's a tad pricy, but the relaxed, open air atmosphere, sandy floors, and prime sunset seating make it a luxury well spent.
