As if there weren't enough great bars in Brussels! The Café Bizon is a popular bar in Europe's capital for both the local and international grad school and young "Eurocrat" crowds. It features a stuffed bison head and vintage motorcycles suspended from the second floor. Patrons staple their concert ticket stubs onto the ceiling rafters, and taking a moment to peek affords a trip through a music time warp of the last 25 years.
A mostly friendly bar staff and inexpensive beers make it a great starting place for the night, but the upper perch (pictured) can get a bit crowded, so make sure your group shows up early, and at the same time.
