This place is great for beginning rock climbers as well as those with experience. My first adventure was climbing the pseudo "Brooklyn Bridge." From the looks of the wall it seems pretty simple, however, trying to navigate the various sized color-coded rocks presents an exciting challenge. After conquering the bridge, I tried bouldering on the 10-15ft walls. Bouldering is definitely more challenging, I spend quite some time there.
Climbing options include top roping, lead climbing and bouldering. The staff is pretty helpful and offers support. The great thing is that if you schedule in advance, you can sign up for a class. Brooklyn Boulders is a treat for every season, and it's an exhilarating recreational activity that will keep you in shape while on vacation.
