Located in Boston Bay—known as the birthplace of jerk cuisine—the Boston Bay Jerk Centre is hard to miss off the main eastern highway, about 20 minutes past Port Antonio. You’ll spot various meats being cooked away on open pits, fired by pimento logs and covered with a piece of corrugated zinc. You can order by the quarter, half or full pound. Don’t forget the jerk sauce, you can even buy it by the bottle. It's still the best jerk chicken I've had in Jamaica.
