The little sister to Oxford, Mississippi's famed restaurant, Birmingham received this breakfast joint with open arms. It's no wonder the James Beard Foundation bestowed its top honor to chef John Currence, and not a thing was lost in translation between the Oxford location to this one. Not the coffee, the Bloody Marys, the atmosphere, the good service, and certainly not the food.
A suggestion: wear your eatin' pants, because you will leave food-drunk the likes of which you've never experienced.
