I'm going to go out on a limb and say this is not what everyone does on their days off in the Bay Area.
First stop, Beacon Coffee and Pantry. This was a cute little place in the Northeast corner of SF. Decorated like most coffee shops in San Francisco, equipped with a succulent wall and very simple/artsy feel to the decorations. Now this was our first stop, but I can leave out the suspense here and say this was by far our favorite!
Now, I didn't take pictures of two of the places, but the second we visited was the chai cart. They are what they sound like...little carts around the city specifically selling chai.
Our third location actually ended up not selling chai at all, so we took a chai break and had some lattes. The place itself is called The Mill and they serve Fourbarrel coffee and make their own toast which they serve with some creative, homemade, and delicious toppings, varying all the time. The lattes were great this day and I actually went back again another time and tried their toast with housemade pumpkin butter. I don't just recommend this, but you really must get this if its on the menu that day!
Next place was a little hole in the wall where we met up with another friend in the city and had our last cup of chai for the day, which we realized was all we could probably take. By this point, I have honestly forgotten what this place was called, but it was quite good chai.
