Chef Edgar Núñez runs not only the renowned Sud 777, one of the best restaurants in the city—he also has a food truck. It parks outside the restaurant on weekends, and from Monday to Friday you’ll find it in the Pedregal neighborhood.
Besides classics like shaved clams or ceviche tostadas, some rather quirky offerings are available on special occasions. A pastor calamari marinated in garlic, chile, and lime was recently concocted by the ever-innovative chef Núñez during a food truck bazaar. Pure deliciousness!
