Barcelona Cafés and Bars (de Sempre)
One of Barcelona's bigger selling points is that it's a relatively inexpensive place drink and enjoy a night out. Especially in cafés, and bars de sempre (traditional hole-in-the-wall bars) coffee, beer and wine are typically cheaper than elsewhere, and often come with a free snack. Cocktails are also reasonably priced, although travelers should know that the amount of liquor in them isn't always measured out which can result in one drink equalling 2, or 3, when it comes to alcohol content.

The cafe place to chill

Large arrow left

In the summer, most cafes along la rambla are packed with tourists and locals alike. Near to this street, if you walk towards 3 Carrer Pintor Fortuny, you will see the a super chill, laidback cafe, tucked in the corner. Everything from their high black-framed windows, their interior decor to their plating of tapas were unique and tastefully designed. Do pop by the cafe for a quick snack, or if you just want to laze the afternoon away with a glass of sangria and a book at hand :)
