This pint-size, coffee shop-cum-cocktail bar serves espresso and Italian sweets by day, then switches to classic cocktails inspired by Robert Vermeire's 1922 tome, Cocktails: How to Mix Them, at around 5 p.m. Test the mixology chops of the white lab coat-clad bartenders by requesting a custom cocktail—or try the amaro of the week. Then again, you can never go wrong with a Negroni.
