The sushi here is bam-tastic. Faulty pun aside, I went to the sushi bar, asked the chef what I should have and he gave me a roll filled with tempura asparagus topped with albacore tuna, avocado and aioli sauce. Delish. I also had the soft shell crab roll, which was equally as delicious (but not as good as the asparagus). Bamboo is also very dedicated to the sustainable quality of their fish and educate customers in their menu on this practice.
