Just look at those scampi! They were delicious. Baltazar is a seafood restaurant with a sister place called Melchior, that's more of a meat restaurant. You can order from either menu, which causes a certain amount of confusion (and a lot of options), but it's worth the work.
In addition to these beautiful scampi we had goose liver pate and tuna carpaccio. Dessert was a chestnut cream that was not too sweet.
