It was hot. And humid. And we walked to the Ho Chi MInh museum only to find out that it did not open for an more a couple hours. Vietnamese coffee is prepared differently; by dripping hot water through ground coffee in a filter that sits over a cup. They are also keen on sweetened condensed milk which, on this day, tasted absolutely delicious over ice. I had two. We arrived in Saigon on the day the first Starbucks opened in Vietnam.
