On night 1 we blew it out by going to the most touristy place in the city, restaurant Audres la Carta. A 45 page menu with every conceivable Colombian recipe in its pages. A rabbit warren of a space that felt like a junk yard strung together with bars and dining booths. My drink of choice was a michelada – 6 lime halves (delivered to the table to be squeezed myself with hand squeezer), salt rimmed glass, tobasco, worchesthire sauce, and topped by a cold beer. Quite unexpected and really good. My shrimp dish hadn’t arrived in 45 minutes so I gave up and shared a friends steak. And the steak was awesome. Don't go for the service, but get there.
