Legendary New Mexican Food in a Nontraditional Setting
Don’t let the mall setting fool you. Atrisco is a destination restaurant, run by a third- generation member of a New Mexican food dynasty. Chef George Gundrey used to manage the Santa Fe farmers’ market, so carefully sourced local ingredients appear throughout the menu (the lamb burrito is a standout), and he sometimes serves dishes with heirloom green chile grown on his own farm.
