I really like to eat good food. I will research, plan and save money just to have an amazing dinner halfway around the world. Such is the case with Aniar - I knew I wanted to eat here long before I hit the road this summer.
This place is dining perfection without the snobbery, fuss and pretense one can usually expect from a Michelin starred restaurant. What you can expect is beautiful service, perfectly matched wines and the food - let's talk about the food.
Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to evoke a unique experience. The layering of flavors, textures and ingredients makes each bite a delight. I'm serious, if you eat here - listen to how they describe each dish and then slow down and take it all in. My advice is to save your pennies and enjoy the chef's tasting menu paired with wine. You won't regret it. I'm still trying to figure out when I can eat here again.
