You'd be hard-pressed to find a better barman than Kaled DeRouiche, who crafts some of the best cocktails in the city in this groovy, Morocco-meets-70s-louche spot in Le Marais. Grab a seat at the bar—there are also a smattering of tables—and watch as he mixes kitschy favorites like Fish in a Bag: a gin and tonic, with an orange peel cut to resemble a goldfish, served in a clear plastic bag with a straw. Or opt for a more sophisticated tipple: there's a wall of rare whiskeys behind the bar that should satisfy any connoisseur.
