Amuse Sunset Restaurant is family owned and run. Chef Patrick runs the kitchen, and his wife Ivette the front of the house as maitre'd and sommelier. I shared a glass of wine with Yvette, who assured me that their baby triples are already in training as well, to take over the business one day.
Patrick's food is french, classic, and delicious, showcasing Patrick's training in Michelin star restaurants. You can order staples like a traditional onion soup, or escargot off the menu. I opted for the truffle linguine (insane!), and had a romantic evening, ...by myself.
