Cattedrale di Sant'Andrea
The Amalfi Cathedral (or Cattedrale di Sant'Andrea) was built in the early 13th century and is connected to a 9th-century basilica. Overlooking Amalfi's Piazza del Duomo, the cathedral's exterior Arab-Romanesque style and steep flight of stairs often catch the eyes of many visitors. Inside, there are medieval murals, a museum, and the relics of St. Andrew the Apostle. Photo by Chris Brown/Flickr
