At this place authenticity is full proof. Alfredo is the family's patriarch that gave his name to the beautiful blue and white Tasca, a tiny F.C. Porto micro museum. Although he looks more than eighty he still attends the bar.
On the walls you can find all the posters of teams throughout the club's history and, leaning at the counter, some of the best Porto's fans.
It's usual to find them with endless discussions about their club and not only soccer, but basketball, roller hockey or some other sports with blue and white colors.
As for food you can find fresh food cooked the traditional way. Try small sardines deep fried (it's safe to eat everything, bones and head included), called petingas or deep fried codfish or, for meat lovers, rojões.
Prices: from 0.20€, one petinga, to 2€, codfish.
