The brunch at Agua is a must-do while on the island. With endless bubbly, and an overwhelming assortment of carrib-italian delicacies, it's an absolute wonderland on a Sunday afternoon.
Things not to miss include: the made-to-order ceviche station, where you can try a variety of ceviches in a spoon ranging from Thai-style yellowtail to the tropical ceviche with fresh fruit, as well as their homemade lasagna, which is said to be one of the best on the island.
If you don't completely overindulge in all the fresh fish, pasta, and ceviche... be sure to scour the dessert section as they have some game-changing classic ranging from passionfruit crème brûlée to a killer dark chocolate mousse.
