Here, bartenders combine native fruits, such as the tart maracujá (passionfruit) and the sweet sandia (watermelon), with local liquors (like Seco Herrerano, Chicha Fuerte, and Ron Abuelo, and Carta Vieja) to create tasty, refreshing drinks. Not planning a visit? Take a visual tour through Panama’s drinking culture—complete with summer-perfect cocktail recipes from Panama’s leading bars and restaurants.
