Wandering Chef: Elizabeth Karmel in Miami
Food world stars flocked to Miami last week for the annual Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival. Barbecue guru Elizabeth Karmel, executive chef of NYC’s Hill Country Barbecue Market and Hill Country Chicken, had a few choice eats to recommend.
