This is what a snowman in NY looks like - we do things differently

The snow just kept falling while the wind blew it sideways, upward and all around. By the time the Christmas holiday blizzard was over we had about 24 inches of snow on the ground in NYC and nothing was moving. Cars, trucks, buses, and snow plows got stuck.
The Mayor finally had to send in heavy machinery to help clear the streets of NYC.
But the innovation and character of my fellow New Yorkers showed itself when neighbors began helping one another. We helped to shovel snow from the steps and stoops of our neighbors that could not do so for themselves, but it was not all work, we were also having fun. Building the snowman that looks like a drunk who just could not make it up the stairs and decided to sleep where he fell, it was completed by an art student that was snowed in, awesome.
