Much of Antigua feels quite old -- with its cobblestone roads and baroque architecture -- but there's plenty of "newness," too, with expats settling here, having discovered the city's laid back, yet vibrant community. Between this old-fashioned car and the road it was driving on, I felt like I was walking on an old movie set.
