I've never even really liked mojitos that much, but this one from Brisbane's hot new bar & restaurant, Esquire, has my changing my tune. On prime position amongst Eagle Street's freshest bars, Esquire is already killing in on the restaurant scene for it's ever changing degustation menu. The meals are tiny but pack a punch ( as will the bill). Sleek, open plan Japanese-inspired interiors keep the yuppies and foodie elites happy. The winning cocktails keep me happy!
