After missing my bus from São Paulo to the colonial beach town of Parati, I wantonly wandered the bus station wondering what to do for four hours. I saw ta colorful and beautiful older woman sitting perfectly under the evening sunlight streaming through a skylight. It made a common person appear royal; and an otherwise dull Tietê bus station much more brilliant!
