Sacred Happy Hour
The Sacred Valley just outside of Cusco is great to explore, either for a day trip, or a short getaway. After exploring some ancient ruins and window shopping around the plaza, I recommend finding some outdoor seating along it's perimeter and enjoy a local beverage. This is my favorite way to take in the culture - no agenda, people watching, and occasionally chatting with the locals and other travelers. (Peruvians are always a pleasure to strike up a conversation with, even with the language barriers.)

Sounds like we'd travel well together. :)
