I stumbled upon this card game in Chengyang, China, a tiny village where time has stood still. The area has beautiful old Wind and Rain Bridges that span small rivers. These men welcomed me into their card game as they chatted, smoked, and laughed. It's a challenging place to get to if you don't speak Chinese, but well worth it, away from the hustle and bustle of China's big cities moving rapidly into the 21st Century.
