Pachapapa
In the San Blas district of Peru, was the restaurant Pachapapa. This was by far the best meal we had in Peru. It was nestled in a courtyard and all the dishes were prepared in an oven next to us. Quite spectacular. DELICIOUS!

thanks Lauren! I am brand new to the Afar community so I'd love to be involved / helpful in any way I can. A potential trip to India is certainly attractive as well :)

Hey Blake. I want to thank you for this Highlight. I ended up going here my last night in Cusco and it was one of my favorite meals and definitely my favorite spot. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. The cobblestones, heated patio, wood fire oven and a harpist playing in the background made it and unforgettable place. Thanks again!
Lauren - great to hear that you enjoyed it!
