Let's be honest, you're in New York, you're probably gonna be in Times Square at some point. At since you are, you may as well go to one of the more over the top and cliché restaurants. Just for the experience! Personally, I recommend Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Perfect for a Forrest Gump lover, as well as any movie buff, they have some pretty dang tasty popcorn shrimp along with a surprisingly good veggie burger! Overall a good family restaurant when with kids or overly excitable adults!
